Personalised Care Driven By the Needs Of Our Individual Residents & Clients
Across our Residential Care Homes (Mayfield and Mayflower) and our Friend 2 Me Companionship at home services, the care and support we provide is based on the needs of each person, their dignity and individuality.
For those living with us, we aim to be more than just a residential and care home, we would like our residents to feel happy and at home here.
Our Approach
Human dignity, respect and happiness are our focus.
We believe in the principles of respect, tolerance and social justice and we regard self-determination as the key to self-fulfilment for all of us.
These values are reflected in all our day-to-day work with our service users and is the basis of individual care plans that are constantly evolving as dictated by personal choice and care needs.
We like to view our homes as just like a large family and that respect, trust and individuality are essential for the continuing care needs of everyone who chooses to live in one of our homes.
